"I paint spontaneous and intuitive representations of landscapes.

I use an amalgamation of my experiences, focusing on relaying the energy of a place. By leaving my work open to interpretation,it offers the viewer a chance to stop and reflect on how they are connected to my work through reflecting on their own past memories, emotions and experiences. Each time I paint, I work with the notion of thinking beyond how I can solely capture the location but also portray the locations ambience so the viewer can connect with sense of place."
